Chris Antonacci - Crown Waste

Allegations of Fraud and Deception

For over a decade, the Antonacci family and Crown Waste have been accused of failing to pay money owed to their workers, their attorneys, and lenders.

In 2000, a judge ruled that Thomas and Theresa Antonacci fraudulently borrowed $300,000 against Crown’s commercial property, and then transferred the property to another Antonacci-owned corporation without telling the lender.

In 2003, Christopher and Joan Antonacci were sued by their own attorney for failure to pay legal bills after the attorney successfully defended Antonacci against a Class D felony assault charge.

In 2005, Chris Antonacci was sued by his workers’ pension fund for failure to make payments into the fund, and the case was decided for the plaintiffs by default judgment.
